No, and you shouldn't. Registering a number on the API permanently disables the WhatsApp Business app on it, so your existing groups become unreachable. Use a second number for Readout and run both. We set this up with you.
It isn't asked to. The answer is retrieved from your inventory first, and the model may only rephrase it — explicitly instructed never to state a figure it wasn't given. Switch the AI off entirely and the answers still come, from the same data.
